Hi there

Hi, I’m Lies. I’m a ceramic artist working from my studio in Deinze, Belgium, where I make pots, plates and vases inspired by the colours of nature. My love for flowers, tea and being outside finds its way into each piece. Every item is handmade and has its own story, shape and tone. I’m so happy I get to share this passion with you.

Clay is both grounding and addictive. I’ve been working with it for around 12 years and believe deeply in its power, also through my work as a child and creative therapist.

I’m especially drawn to the rhythm and elegance of wheel-thrown pottery. My aim is to bring a little beauty to the everyday, using a palette shaped by the natural world.
